GDDN Studio LLC — Shipping & Freight Policy

Thank you for shopping with GDDN Studio LLC. Because we manage our own production and fulfillment directly from our Irvine, California facility, we handle every package with the utmost care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our unified Shipping Policy for digital assets, lifestyle goods, and high-performance mobility platforms.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Lifestyle Gear & Media: All in-stock apparel, gear, and physical audio orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they are dispatched.

  • Mobility Platforms (G1): Due to custom assembly, calibration, and strict quality control protocols, G1 vehicles move on a priority production phase schedule. Your specific build window and dispatch date will be locked in directly with the studio during your configuration window.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. We will notify you immediately via email if a significant delay is expected.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, seasonal congestion, or severe weather.

3. Special Instructions for Freight Delivery

For oversized items, heavy machinery, or specialty vehicles requiring LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight transport:

  • Curbside Liftgate Delivery: Heavy freight shipments are delivered curbside. The carrier is equipped with a hydraulic liftgate to lower the palletized crate safely to the edge of your property or driveway.

  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you at the phone number provided during checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. An adult must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: You must inspect the freight packaging thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible punctures or damage directly on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork before they leave, and contact us immediately.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Regulatory Compliance

  • Lithium Battery Logistics: Because the G1 utilizes a high-capacity LiFePO4 battery module, it is classified under Class 9 Hazardous Materials safety regulations. To comply with Federal DOT guidelines, the G1 platform cannot be shipped via air freight and will travel strictly via specialized domestic ground freight.

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size, weight, and hazard classifications of our product lines.

  • Geographic Scope: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Additional shipping surcharges will apply to shipments traveling to Alaska or Hawaii due to maritime cargo freight requirements.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking numbers once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier. For heavy freight shipments, this will include your freight carrier portal and Bill of Lading number. Tracking updates typically activate within 24 hours of generation.

6. International Shipping

GDDN Studio LLC currently only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to maritime lithium transport restrictions. For specialty out-of-country logistics inquiries, please contact the studio directly before placing a reservation.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

GDDN Studio LLC is committed to ensuring your order arrives safely.

  • If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 5 business days of the logged delivery date.

  • If your order arrives physically damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photographs, and email us immediately at GDDNStudio@gmail.com.
