GDDN Studio LLC: Pre-Order Reservation Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Refund Eligibility

Deposit: Priority build slot deposits ($500) are 100% risk-free.

Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund of your deposit at any point during your pre-production window.

Cancellation Window: This risk-free period remains active until your final custom configuration invoice is processed. Once the final configuration is confirmed and production assembly begins, the build is considered a custom-ordered vehicle and is no longer eligible for cancellation or return, unless the unit arrives damaged, defective, or with verified manufacturing errors.

How to Initiate a Cancellation

If you need to cancel a pre-order reservation, please follow these steps:

Direct Contact: Send an email to support@gddnstudio.com or call 657-244-9311.

Required Information: To expedite the process, please include your Order Number and the full name associated with the reservation in your request.

Processing: Our administrative team will review your request and confirm the status of your build. If the request is submitted prior to the processing of your final custom configuration invoice, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.
