Engineering Notes & Geometry
Ergonomic Packaging: The tube routing and seating geometry are dialed directly around the rider's center of gravity, ensuring stable weight distribution whether carving a sharp turn or navigating uneven fairway turf.
Structural Efficiency: Every intersection of the tubular framework is optimized to eliminate dead weight without sacrificing torsional rigidity or impact resistance.
Integrated Utility: The rear deck framework is purpose-built to tie directly into our modular utility system, securing gear and bag attachments with zero flex under load.
This wireframe is where concept transitions into physical hardware. Iterative refinement on the geometry continues daily in the California workshop as we advance from prototype development toward our production build.
